I really like fountain pens. Below will be pens and inks I own or have previously owned.

My favorite online stationery store is Jetpens and I highly recommend it to everyone (American-based). Even if you won't buy from them they have a ton of guides on fountain pens and the like. Their product listings can also get very specific so you can easily find information like weight and size.

Paper:

1. Tomoe S River

Super smooth, minimal ghosting.

2. Denik

Sometimes ghosts but very fountain pen-friendly.

3. Peter Pauper

Best minimization of ghosting I've seen yet. Unavailable in loose sheets though.

4. Midori MD

Tends to make finer nibs and dry inks skip. Need to pick a wetter or broader pen.

5. Apica

Too much ghosting.

6. Campus

Ghosts and feathers sometimes.

Ranking priority based on how it feels to write on. Qualities such as shading, ghosting and feathering are also considered.
